Hello yourself & thanks for visiting! :p Well I'm not really practicing these days, I did for two years, even a couple of hours daily for a couple of months but then I stopped..for some reason. xP What's your practice like and have you had any interesting experiences yet and if so what and through what poses/asanas? Yeah I'd love to stay in touch, especially if we could motivate/inspire each other to stick with the practice or what to do if and when we run into obstacles in practice...I guess that's why I stopped. Regarding philosophy...there's probably too much to talk about...I've been doing it for 5 years now and the rabbit hole just keep getting deeper...there's just no end to this thing. xD Yeah Spanish help would be appreciated, I could probably use a handful of people to practice on. xD :p Hope all is well. :)
