After 15-16 years I’m learning the tricks back again! Bunnyhop is getting higher and easier to perform! Surf (manual) still sucks, but in near future I’ll relearn it. After that my plans is to remember 180 and 360 backwheel. However I jumped not in a proper way today and tweaked my back LUL. I’m too old for this ;((

After 15-16 years I decided to recover my old bike. The process hasn’t started yet, but this nostalgic feeling already played insanely. Muscle memory still exists, so I think it wouldn’t be a problem to remember all the tricks I used to do back then :)

Never use scales to estimate your body status.
Ate trash food = my weight decreased
Went to gym with more efficiency = weight increased
Reduced milk products = weight decreased or increased.:0
I used to have a system which allowed me to get rid of 19kgs during 2,5 months, but 5 months later I reached the stagnation, so it’s supa random like +2kgs -2kgs and I think I shouldn’t care anymore.
So the scales may make you crazy if you follow the changes that often, LUL. But good thing - you get knowledge what exactly changed your weight.
