I am an old school Interpals member.

If someone send me a message in my free time I answer. If I don't like him or her I stop talking to him/her. If he/she is a good person I keep having conversations with him/her.

I remember a funny story happened to me one day in Interpals with a girl I was talking to.
We were having beautiful conversations for two weeks. One day she brought the topic of cooking.

I said to her: " I like noodles "
She called me " Per-vert " and then blocked me.

I was like WTF I did wrong? I had a headache from thinking about what I did wrong so she called me 'Per-vert'

Then I came to a conclusion that may be she heard 'Noodles' like 'Nudes'. Even that I sent her the emoji before telling her that.

I think I really need more work on my pronunciation or maybe I should just stick to texting messages 😂

This my first and only account.
I really miss the days when I was meeting people who are really sincere to make friends, the days when you send 'Hi' you get a 'Hi' and the conversation last for months or even years.

I don't know what really has been changed in this last years and I really don't know the answer 😢
