Hi Young man, how are you, would you like to chat again with an old friend ? If you read French, I would send you my book. What about yours ? Kisses
You have a very diverse music background. I do love folk music...very 70's! I do understand that you really need to be a southern American to relate to American C & W.
Ohhh! You don't like Country Western music! It is simply three chords and the truth about something that happened to someone. Just so you know, it grew on me. I move from a state up north in the US where country is not frequently played on the radio. Once I moved south in retirement it was all I could find on the radio. I often thought when I went outside I would see my car was gone and horse was tied up waiting for me in the parking space. I have come to enjoy it now . You don't even like Johnny Cash??
With you regarding the 50-60 music (I call it normal music} Any of the classical will do also since I play the piano alot - When did you play guitar in the 60's - what was the group called - bass rhyme or lead - guess you loved Amadeus as did I - also Immortal Beloved with Gary Oldham playing Beethoven - love the british folk also - was a scottish country dancer for years and sing along with my dads old Kenneth McKellar records - say hi - ML
nothing changes, we are just getting a bit older every day and what do we do with our life?
Mais, si tu m'apprivoises, nous aurons besoin l'un de l'autre. Tu seras pour moi unique au monde. Je serai pour toi unique au monde..".
Antoine de Saint-Exupery, Le Petit Prince (1943)
Another great thought, probably the one I like the most. AM
