Oh yeah, DU would be pretty great. D'you know which exams you'll have to take for LSE and Russian colleges? Try to figure all of that out now and work for it. What you could do is graduate from an excellent college in India, like DU, and do your post grads from abroad which would be equally great. I love arguing, and being someone else's lawyer is going to allow me to earn money via something that I love, hell yeah! :D
