The pictures, you'd just do as normal find a link off photobucket or something or upload a photo on tinypic. Then put -IMG- url -/IMG-
Then for colours if you just look a BBcode colour chart or just type the name of the colour then put -color-code or name-/code- but where I've used - you actually need to put [ ], just if i used them i wouldn't have been able to explain :)
