My name is Tashi Namgyel, senior teacher in one Bhutan's central school. I spend maximum time in discussing about research, inquiry, writing and publication. I look forward to be very humble and honest. As civil servant, 32 years have passed. I joined this site to have conversation at length keeping truthfulness in forefront.
