I'm a weirdo. I own cats and houseplants. I love small talk. I love finding other folks to exchange music with, or interesting things we've mined online, like weird YouTube documentaries or ridiculous blogs.

For a living, I am in grad school studying pollination ecology, getting paid to get my PhD. Honestly school/ academia is the only place I've ever done well in life. So what do I do after this? I don't know. But with my credentials I can offer you hours of nerdy musings.

I love hiking and yoga. I like going to the more woowoo yoga studios, get that group "omming" fix, but don't really take any of that spiritual shit too seriously. Oh but I love talking about spirituality and religion, I like to hear about people's experiences with that. But I can't promise I'll hold back my skepticism if you went to a psychic to determine the sex of your unborn child or the inner thoughts of your dog.

I have travelled to Italy, Sweden, England and Canada. I can speak a tiny bit of Italian and a little more German. Wouldn't mind touching up on those.

Anyway, I also love sharing art, lit, music suggestions. I'm into all kinds of stuff. The stranger the better. Outsider/ untrained artists. Stuff YOU'VE made.

Hmm so some prompts to help you if you're interested:

- send me music recommendations such as a sultry female jazz singer, or something dreamy and ethereal that David Lynch would choose for the Roadhouse, some goofy or glitchy electronica, or some weird moog album

- send me a reading suggestion for something surreal, or your favorite fairytale, especially fairytales from your culture

- send me a poem you wrote

- a drawing you made

- your favorite book or the last one you read
