I have a theory about tattoos, that where abouts on your body they are located, is largely dictated by the climate of where you live. You have tattoos on your upper arms, which tells me that you often wear sleeveless clothing (if you’ve got it flaunt it), but have you ever seen an Inuit with a tattoo on his or her upper arm/s, or a polar bear with a tattoo on its butt? Come to think about it, have you ever seen a penguin in an off the shoulder dress?
