What are these chinese books ?

Hello! I'm interested in Chinese culture and I have a few starting questions that I hope you could entertain. First, I'd like to know the common customs when speaking in China. What topics do people like to discuss first (for example art, news, etc...)? Does it depend on the location and class of person? Another question I have is, what are the most important traditional foods that are very important to people there? I have more questions but I think it would be too much for this comment.
