Honnestly inside out 2 was really really good. And also very informative when it comes to excepting and understand your feelings and excepting and living then for what they are there fore. You can never try to escape feelings or deny them. We can only love them and embrace then becaous they are there for a reason. To protect you!!!! But dont avoid them.
