Hi, I can recommend you visiting Poland.
It's not so well known European country (Hidden gem) of Europe with a good safety level, great views (Sea i the north, mountains in the south and also a lot of different regions). Polish food is great but for some reason I don't hear much about polish restaurants outside of Poland. I wonder why...
