About Me
First and foremost, I am being intentionally vague in some aspects of this profile description. To be perfectly frank, I'm slightly wary about releasing any personally identifiable information that's world accessible. With that being said, I'm not opposed to disclosing more details assuming that I get to know who you are.

Basic information:
I was born in California and grew up there until moving to Arizona in 2009 for college. I graduated with two Bachelor's degrees in 2011: one in Network Security and the other in Technology Forensics. After spending a bit of time back in California, I moved over to the East Coast for work (though I would love to get back to the West Coast someday ... it's different here.) In late 2012, I completed a graduate program in more computer stuff of which I won't bore you with the details. I own a condo in Phoenix, and a house here in Maryland, a fish named Alex, a snail named Zeb, a puppy dog named Anna, and a computer named Nicole.

The type of person I am:
I suppose you would really need to discover this for yourself, but, in my oh so humble opinion, I like to think that I'm intelligent and fairly reasonable. I am very logic driven, but sometimes it runs me in circles. I am very dedicated to the important people in my life, and, although it takes a lot to become a trusted friend of mine, I place them above everything else. Logic included.
Requests
My expectations for you, eh? Well, I expect to be able to hold a conversation with you. I'm pretty open-minded, so we may speak about a rather broad range of topics, but I expect there to be something to talk about. So please, please, if you wish to contact me (which I encourage), give me a little more than "hi". This isn't a text message and we aren't in grade school. I need something to work with.

I'm adding a new rule: If you send me a message or post on my wall nothing more than an impersonal greeting, I reserve every right to completely ignore you, or worst, respond in a sarcastic tone, all without feeling an ounce of guilt. Yeah, I'm a jerk like that. :)

My major request: Use proper grammar, spelling and mechanics. I'm not the grammar police, but I do expect that you put a reasonable amount of effort into our correspondence. [The exception to this, is of course, if English is not your primary language. :) ]

To be forthright, I am hoping that I might be able to develop some type of an in-person friendship from this endeavor, specifically if you live in the same state as me. I will certainly not push the subject until we have developed some level of rapport, but it is only fair that I tell you this upfront. Furthermore, please accept this as a potential reason why I don't pursue a conversation with you. I become extremely attached to people and I have a hard time investing time in a friendship that is likely destined to forever be limited to a written form. In other words, you might be an incredible person, someone whom I would very thoroughly enjoy conversing with, but if you live too far away I would just as well never know you than know that there is such an interesting person in the world whom I will never meet...
Hobbies & Interests
Theatre
This is my creative outlet and quite possible my greatest passion. I have been doing screen and stage acting for a long time and know my way around. For what it's worth, I'm a member of SAG.

Fine/Preforming Arts
Perhaps the former is a subset of this, but I really enjoy any type of Fine or Preforming Arts. This doesn't mean I'm all that good at it however. Acting and singing are about all I have; dancing? psh. I be a white boy. I really do respect people that have that talent though. And on a side note: Art Galleries are incredible. I love visiting! Getty anyone?

Knowledge
I thrive on the opportunity to gain knowledge. I love learning in its many forms, whether it be reading or holding a discussion with someone.

Animals
I grew up on what many people would call a farm, although in my mind, it wasn't. I love the company of any animal, less chickens. I've had horses (which I miss so much here in Maryland) to goats to peacocks. Good Times!

Hacking
The good kind. Computers are just one big puzzle.
Favorite Music
This is a rather difficult section to address. My music tastes are pretty prevalent through the genres. Now don't misinterpret that by believing that I like all music. That's quite far from the truth. However, I will give every song a chance.

For example, I love Paul Cardall and Jim Brickman, even some Samuel Barber but I also enjoy Lady Gaga [No Judging Now :) ] and Beyonce.

Oh. And a lot of music from musical theatre.

We may discuss music if you like, but I'm not even going to attempt to list my favorite artists.
Favorite Movies
I don't watch that many movies, but ... of the ones that I have seen:
Moulin Rouge
Fly Away Home (If you don't like this movie, don't even tell me. Seriously. I have far to much sentiment attached to this film.)

Favorite Plays
---
Spring Awakening - Loved it - though no one will ever live up to Lea Michele's Wendla
In the Heights
Avenue Q
Songs for a New World
The Still Alarm
Do not Pass Go
Favorite Books
Again, far too many to list! Among others:
The Little Prince
The Art of Racing in the Rain
Anything by F.S.Fitzgerald (With Gatsby on top)
O.Wilde (The Picture of Dorian Gray)
[I'm drawing a blank at the moment; I'll try to add more later]

I'll tell you what book I don't like though ... The Catcher in the Rye. It's such an extraordinarily poorly written book peddling outlandish, false stereotypes of youth. I know that there are a number of people who delight in that text - finding themselves in Caulfield - and that's just fine. I'm just saying, I never found myself  beaten to a bloody mess by a pimp because I didn't pay the prostitute ... but that's just me. I clearly lived a deprived childhood...
Favorite Quotes
Once again, far too many to list. The one that I hold most dear though would have to be:
"Les hommes ont oubli
