Survival cooking (one pot, high yield, little cleanup) = chilis, stews, eggplant parmigiana, Asian chicken, something in the crock pot.

Military history/aviation: Battle of Jutland; airplanes with cowlings, spinners and wheel pants, early jets (not the modern fly-by-wire stuff).

Every now and then I get back into photography. Prefer "old iron" cameras, rangefinders of the 60s and 70s, early METAL SLRs...none of that plastic stuff. Cross processing: slide film developed in C-41 chemistry.
Favorite Music
I listen to the radio on the way home from work but not on the way IN to work. Go figure. It's an innocuous mix station. Oddly enough, I like Pink despite my age. She sings with real passion, and I respect that.
Favorite Movies
Action/adventure...watched on DVD so I can rewind and rewatch good scenes for dialogue, pacing, special effects.
Favorite TV Shows
Mostly channel surfing past FX, TMC, A&E, TrueTV, FoodTV, Travel Channel, CMT, SciFi, History Channel, Spike TV, Discovery Channel, AMC.

Don't get to read much. Eyes are too tired after being on a computer all day at work.
