About Me

I am a pastel artist currently working more in miniature than normal size pieces. I sell my work online and in different galleries around the US. I am a country girl at heart and though I enjoy some of the things city life has to offer I am most happy at home in the garden or walking in the woods.

I am widowed and have three grown children and grand and great grand children I love very much.

Requests

I am not looking for a relationship other than friendship. I believe friends have much to offer in sharing and supporting each other through this crazy world we live in. Just looking for someone to share those good and sad and bad times with. I love to laugh and enjoy life so someone who has a good sense of humor would be a bright spot for me. I don't expect you to write every day, but often enough to make the correspondence interesting.

Hobbies & Interests

Watercolor and pastel painting--I paint and sell my work. Gardening.. especially growing from seeds, listening to music, reading, and cooking.I also enjoy photography and learning of about different cultures and ways of life. I also enjoy writing short stories.

I enjoy being out of doors , partaking of nature and the beauty it provides. Driving down a country road is quite entertaining for me, especially when I stop and really take a good look. It's amazing what one will see.

Favorite Music

I love music of all sorts with the exception of rap (how did that ever get qualified as music to begin with?) or hard rock.

Favorite TV Shows

CSI and NCIS, Gardening shows.. I don't watch much TV in general.

Favorite Books

I enjoy reading many different subjects but can't say that I really have a favorite book.
