Since everyone is asking me about Lebanon 🇱🇧 Here are some facts for whom are interested :
• Lebanon is one of the world's oldest countries and a part of the Holy Land . (israel is Lebanon's enemy , so noooo this is not how u r thinking... Lebanon will forever be 10452km2 ✌🏻😉)
• Lebanon is about 10452 km2 , 30 mins are between the sea and the mountains (so during Spring days you can simply go skiing and then go swimming in the same day 🙂 , cool huh ?)
• Lebanese are trilingual (Arabic, French & English)
• There are approximately 4.5 million Lebanese inside Lebanon , and 18 million Lebanese outside lebanon , spread in all over the world. (Special thanks to our corrupt government)
• Lebanon is the only Arab-Asian country that has absolutely no desert.
• There are 15 rivers in Lebanon (all of them coming from its own mountains).
• BYBLOS is one of the oldest cities in the world that still exists.
• The First alphapet was created in Byblos , by the Phoenician, the original people of Lebanon.
• The name of the Bible comes from the city Byblos and it is where the largest number of books related to the bible have been written. And, Jesus Christ performed his first miracle in Lebanon , in Sidon .
• The only remaining temple of Jupiter (the main Roman god) is in Baalbeck, Lebanon (The City of the Sun) + (bonus: Baalebeck is my origin hometown:))
• People say that the Cedars ( Lebanese trees) were planted by God's own hands (That's why they're called "The Cedars of God", and this is why Lebanon is called "God's Country on Earth"). The Cedars aged thousands of years.
• Beirut has been destroyed and rebuilt 7 times (and I personally consider the explosion of 4 august its 8th time :/ )
• The world's first law school was built in downtown Beirut.
• Beirut was the 10th most popular shopping destination in the world , and was known as "Paris of The Middle East".
