Well, you are welcome to Russia! You don't need to know russian for travel there. You can find a lot of russian people who speak English. If you travel in big cities such as Moscow, St.Peterburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan...it's adapt for foreigner and you will surely meet a lot of them. And it's also good time for foreigner to travel to Russia couse of currency rate exchange.
