Differences...I think the height is higher than Yantai,no sea,and mabe you will see some faces different from eastern China.
Outdoor is cold,heating in room.About water,after exposure,office announced that they would deal with it as soon as possible.In fact,the water company is a foreign capital,we don't know more,so some people were resentful.
About life,you can do everything in the morals and laws,I think so:P

Lanzhou is dry,not too rich,but if you know the state of the city,you'll love it.
The city is long,two montains and a river.Bus and taxi are convinient.

Hahaha comme tu sens, ça revient au-même nan ? ;D En fait j'ai fait tout le voyage en fusée, bon ça m'a coûté un bras niveau carburant mais grâce a ca on a réussi a faire le tour de Los angeles, San Francisco et Las Vegas en 11 jours !
