My name is Yaroslav, and I am a software engineer from Ukraine. I am currently looking for a U.S.-based partner for collaboration, and I came across your profile on Upwork. After carefully reviewing it, I believe we could work together.
I have been working on Upwork for over 7 years. As you know. Upwork offers many job opportunities, and the majority of high-paying clients are based in the U.S. From my experience, U.S. clients often prefer hiring American developers. Additionally, there are many high-paying "U.S.-only" jobs that are inaccessible to non-U.S. freelancers like myself.
As a result, U.S. developers often receive higher pay,—often exceeding $10,000 per month, with hourly rates above $60. So despite having extensive experience and skills, developers from outside the U.S often face limited opportunities and lower rates. My goal as a senior developer is to increase my earnings and access better projects.
To achieve this, I am looking for a U.S. partner. You don’t need to be a developer yourself—your role would be simple: allow me to use it, and I develop on projects. In return, I would provide you with either a fixed monthly payment or a 15–20% share of each project’s earnings.
I am looking for a long-term partnership of at least 3 years and believe it could be a win-win collaboration for both of us. If you are interested, I would love to discuss the details further.
Looking forward to your response.
