I'm a German female.

I'm looking for email friends interested in cultural exchange.

I love my culture (which is by the way a kind of "matriarchy") and I would like to talk you about that. On the other side, I would be delighted to learn from you about your culture.

I would like to exchange with someone from China, Japan, Korea or Mongolia or someone having an affinity for these countries for I find them really fascinating!

Possible debate topics are:

- Daily life between tradition and modernity – Is it possible to find a good balance between both? If so, how can we manage that nowadays?

- Religious beliefs like Shinto, Taoism or Shamanism today and in the past:  According to you, do they (still) influence your culture and woman's status in the society?

- How would you define feminity and manhood? What does it mean to be masculine or feminine in your country? Maybe we could discuss the differences between our respective cultures?

- Modern and ancient architecture and also garden design
