Ah, the shame of Williamsburg, I know it well. I gave up meat and eventually dairy and other animal products when I got involved in animal rights. I never ate that much meat to begin with but I did eat it a few times a week. It was actually really easy to give up meat but becoming a vegan was a bit harder. Nutritional Yeast. Mmmmmmm!
