I can't give you any guarantees, but mine didn't!
There's nothing in pretzels to make one gain weight,as far as I know, but stopping smoking does make one eat more.
I have to confess that I also used the patch ! But I was able to quit first time, after 40 years, and up to a pack and a half a day !
