Anything based on the life of the khans is probably worth a read. I'm working my way through the Flashman stories at the moment, only a couple of hundred years back in terms of timeline but a great read. Found the books on route for summer trip to Canada and they've been the only books I've looked at ever since!

yep, there are a few of us still here, recently I've gone real old fashioned and started using a wax seal on my envelopes, I am letter writing hard core!

Well I did like a song of theirs, came out a while ago, but I forget the title! Never checked anymore of their stuff, so I shall, promise!
