Hello there,

My name's Ricardo João, I live in the north of this small european country called Portugal (some may call it C.Ronaldo's country ahah). I graduated on management even though I hate maths and i'm not good at it. I love to learn languages i speak fluenty Portuguese, Spanish and English and i'm actually learning Russian and French.

I have two hobbies/passions in my life... Football and music! I really enjoy football I'm a FCPorto fan and I play football since I was 8 years old. More recently i started to dance and participating in dancing events. I dance latin music (such as bachata, salsa, merengue, chachacha) and also Kizomba wich is afro. I know those are not very typical combinations because usually football players are not into dance at all... I guess I'm weird lol
For some that asked me, I'm not a model. I did some works because i was paid for but i have no interest on it at all.

As an adventurous and curious person one of the best things i've experienced has been going on Erasmus in Poland (Łódź), and it was simply awesome. One day I was at home in my confort zone, my country and out of a sudden, next day I was in a new place where i was going to live for half an year, knowing no one, freezing to death (just some dramatism but somehow i felt that when it would really happen there ahah). All i can say it's a lot of things happened there. I lived and learned more in those 6 months then probably in a regular complete year. It made me want to go back, which I did. Some years after and tired of being in the same place again i decided to go there to work and I've been there half a year again, working this time. Somehow Poland and specially the city of Łódź became my second home. I survived Poland not knowing how to speak more then basics somehow :D

Why did I create an account on interpals? actually i was searching for websites to learn languages and I found it randomly. I have made really good friends in here btw.

I define myself as an active person. I have a strong life story which I prefere not to share here (you can ask I'll tell you in case i feel like so) which makes me live the life the maximum. I worry to enjoy everyday! That YOLO thing is already mainstream but it makes sense to me.
