Lol no it isn't xD My grandpa lives in Hanoi.. well around the area, so we visit every time I go to Vietnam. Otherwise we usually stay in Saigon though ^.~ And no.. I'm pretty sure it's been cold even like before.. my grandpa says i's cold every year..?
