Hi, I am Marie. 

I speak Papiamentu, English, Spanish, Creole, Dutch and French. The reason I am here is to Improve and maintain my French level.
I am looking for someone who is native French to converse with that way I can keep my French level. I lived in France for 2 years and made some friends but unfortunately most of my French friends prefer to speak English with me that way they can practice their English. Which of course I don't mind. But would be nice if I could have regular conversations in French.

Just in case you might doubt whether I speak them well or not, I grew up speaking all of those languages, got them in school, University and also know the grammars, except for Creole (I could help you with that one but only with audio/live chat/ skype etc.).
I lived in Haiti, Curacao, The Netherlands.

I studied biomedical science and studying molecular biology and biotechnology. I work as a researcher.

I have many other interests such as traveling of course, sports, dancing, reading etc a whole big list which we could talk about later if you are interested. Lets connect and who knows, perhaps I can teach you much more than just a language. I have traveled around and lived in several places and I hope we can share some knowledge and learn much more from each other! :)

The main reason I joined this website is to improve my french. I am also open for friendship/relationship that might build up with that, however I am very busy in my daily life, so if the symbiosis is not mutualistic where we both can benefit from each other, I am sorry but I will have to ignore your "lets be friends" (mainly flirtatious) messages or any parasitic or commensal behaviour! Sorry, but I dont have time for that.

Symbiosis is a relationship between two organisms.

-Commensalism is a relationship between species in which one benefits and the other is unaffected. Humans are host to a variety of commensal bacteria in their bodies that do not harm them but rely on them for survival (e.g. bacteria that consume dead skin).

-Parasitic relationships, in which one species benefits and the other suffers, are very common in nature. Most of the microorganisms studied in medical microbiology are parasitic and feed on human tissue. For example, cholera, leshmaniasis, and Giardia are all parasitic microbes.

Gospel, Country, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, rock, pop etc. as long they sound good to my ears. Not a big fan of songs with harsh, negative or violent language.

The count of Monte Cristo, the man in the iron mask, a walk to remember, wedding crashers, the faculty, Lord of the rings (all of them), limitless, in time, inception and hundreds more (I dont watch tv, but watch a lot of movies). Name it, I've seen it :P
