About Me

Hello, dear everyone!

My name is Olga.

One of the best and pointless ways to introduce myself is to briefly describe my biography, and I hope you’ll enjoy that David Copperfield kind of story.

So, I was born in a very sparsely populated town and spent a lot of time outside of the house with friends. Also I was obsessed with spending summers in camps, because it gave me an opportunity to meet new interesting people. It made my world wider in a way.

I got my first job in high school - I had to water bed flowers and paint fences at a big milk factory for a month. I enjoyed it very much because in the end the salary allowed me to buy very inappropriate looking jeans and shiny pink lipstick. What else do we need financial independence for?

I moved to Omsk to become a student at the department of foreign languages. All the studying aside, it was a great time of exploring the city, learning how to be a grown up and figuring out what I want. The most interesting people I met were somehow connected to the IT field, it attracted me - I wanted to be around that kind of people, to be a part of what was going on, to be useful there.

I’ve been working as an IT recruiter for four years, I was taught how to search and how to hunt, to match resumes with vacancies at one glance. But I believe that not only automation but also humanization is important.

Also I love reading books and slow walks and I own an amazing mini schnauzer Nemi.

Thank you.
