About Me
I like languages and old stuff, being most interested in historical linguistics, medieval Icelandic literature (especially skaldic poetry), Aztec language and culture (especially religion), and (evolutionary) anthropology. I also enjoy listening to music, drinking beer, playing video games, and doomscrolling.
I'm currently in my Masters studies in Indo-European linguistics at the University of Vienna. I'm hugely into languages (surprise), so I'm always happy to learn anything new about any language. Doesn't matter if it's words, phrases or grammar.
I did my BA in IE linguistics and Scandinavian studies in Göttingen and spent lots of time with studying skaldic poetry recently, so if you wanna know anything about medieval Icelandic metres or how loose stanzas (lausavísur) were used in the sagas, hit me up

Hobbies & Interests
My hobbies are going to uni and spending time with friends, drinking beer and discussing whatever's interesting. Be it politics, religion, food or anything else you may have an opinion on.
My favourite games currently are LoL (can't get off that shit since 2011), Elden Ring, and Civ 6.

I used to binge-read fantasy novels, but by now I don't read anything that's not uni/academia-related.
