Haha, no i have a high pain tolarance.
And yes, some people get tattoos on or inside there lip... it comes off after a while though cause 1. your not supposed to wet ur tattoo after u get it and 2. just being exposed to all the water and bacteria makes it just loose it's colour or whatever and it just dies out.
