An introverted Norwegian who doesn't quite know where his mind is most of the time.

I enjoy spending my days idling in front of my computer, but also taking the occasional trip outside to take some photos and get some inspiration. I'm no pro photographer, by any means.

I studied 3D game design and animation, and up until recently I worked with 3D animation. Though not in the movie or game industry, but in visual marketing. I'm really interested in character design and creating stories so I'm currently in the middle of improving my art skills. Which means I'm spending most of my time at the moment drawing realism and portraits. I hope to switch over to more creative drawings soon.

Gaming is also one of my life passions. I grew up with Nintendo, Sega, Playstation, PC gaming and pretty much everything else in between. That hobby has just continued into adulthood and I'm now collecting old consoles as I come across them or find them at a good price.

These days I'm mostly playing Overwatch, and some retro games when I feel like walking down nostalgia lane. So far this  year I've been playing and enjoying The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. God that game is beautiful! And I've completely fallen in love with NieR: Automata. Yakuza 0, Super Mario Odyssey are also games I've played a lot recently.

I'm an INFP, so I spend most of my time in my own company, but I will occasionally peek out from my hole to see what the world has to offer.

It's been almost ten years since I first registered on this site (December 2009), and during that time I've had the pleasure of getting to know quite a lot of people. Some of which I still have contact with to this day. Of course, some encounters haven't always been as pleasant, but I guess that comes with the territory.

I'm mostly interested in talking to people with common interests that I can chat and have fun with. If you're into Games, 3D, drawing, art, music, computers, game design, programming, photography, and Japan then I'm certain we'll find something to talk about.

I like hearing about different cultures and stories that I can take inspiration from.

I'm studying Japanese again. Yes, again. I used to study it back in high school and almost got decent at it, but then I graduated and didn't speak or write anything in Japanese for 5 - 6 years, so I've forgotten a whole lot. So, yeah, now I'm starting over again.

I draw simple sketches, I write short stories, and I read different kinds of books. I am having lot of fun with 3D design and animation as well. I am a devoted computer geek and gamer, a sin I will be guilty of until something better comes along.

I collect old games and consoles, so if you are into retro games from the 1980s and up until the early 2000s then I'm sure we'll find lots to talk about. I also have a special place in my heart for Zelda, Final Fantasy, Legend of Mana, and a whole lot of other JRPGs from the SNES to PS2 era. I often find myself hooking up the good ol' Sega Mega Drive (Genesis), SNES and N64 for some nostalgic gaming!

I also enjoy taking pictures, especially beautiful scenery, landscapes and street photography! I have a DSLR camera, but I don't get/have enough spare time to use it as much as I would like...

Other than that I read a lot of manga and watch a whole lot of anime.

I listen to heavy/black metal and rock mostly, but I'm open to a lot of other stuff. Just not Hip-hop. Really, it's horrible.

Hmmm, again, it would just make an awfully long list. But I'm really into fantasy, sci-fi, thrillers and horror movies. Dramas are good every now and then, especially historical drama.

Well, I can't say I watch a lot of TV these days. It's mostly Netflix, Amazon Prime and a lot of different anime. There's just too much to be bothered to list here, so just ask me instead!

But Marvel stuff? Oh yes!

Mogworld, Discworld series, Blonde Bombshell, Count of Monte Cristo, A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse, Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, Tales of the Otori, Wizard's First Rule, The Soldier's Son trilogy, and many other books.

Favorite author is Terry Pratchett, Robert Rankin, Douglas Adams, and Tom Holt.

I also read a lot of Marvel comics and mangas, but that would make an awfully long list...
