Hello everyone!
I am a medical student and researcher in the fields of health data science, clinical science and public health.
I am currently in my final year of medical school and after graduation I am planning to pursue an advanced degree (master or phd) or do a postdoctoral research fellowship and then apply to residency (preferably in the United States).
I am an R and python programmer and currently taking more courses about machine learning, statistical analysis and their applications in healthcare!
In my free time I play chess, write poems (in Arabic and sometimes English), read articles about different topics; some are directly related to my fields but others are not such as history, political science and geography (I can name all world countries).
I go to gym 4 to 5 times a week to keep my body healthy.
I don't really believe in the "personality types" that are widely used online, but I can describe myself as a sociable outgoing man but who prefers to spend some of his time alone (or with my significant other but I am currently single).
