Hi these sentences have some mistakes in them:

"I would like talking with different people. :)) and to get new friends. "
Correct: I would like to talk with different people AND to make new friends (never start a sentence with "and" as this is considered to be 'bad grammar')

"I'm interesting about different culture and languages.
I want to practise my English. "
Correct: I am interested in learning about different cultures and languages.

-last sentence-
Correct:....it is better than before but is not acceptable
Or
It is better than before but isn't good enough.
