I have never heard of that conspiracy thing, but it sounds interesting and funny. :D I became a feminist probably for things that actually affect on my own life. For example treating women as objects and selling almost anything with a naked body... Also the role models for young girls are just disgusting. I have also suffered a lot from the way how women should at the same time be always ready for sex, but still pure virgins at the same time. So I can be called lame and boring for not giving sex, but also a a sl-t for having sex and enjoying it.

Also things like human trafficking, female genital mutilation or child brides terrify me.

Men usually are sceptical about someone calling herself (or why not himself) a feminist, because many of them think feminists simply hate men. Which is not true. :D We think that also for example violence against men is a horrible crime, not only violence against women.

Thanks for your message, and a good question! I have no one opinion about FEMEN. The things they fight for are really important, and they are very brave. But even I can't deny that their methods are a bit doubtful. There is always a danger when you demonstrate in a way like this. People may not pay attention the thing they fight for, instead of that they see only the way HOW they fight for the thing. Also it's a bit sad that no one listens to them, if they don't show their tits.
