Account suspended

Read through the common reasons below, then let us know if you think there's been a mistake.

Do not create another account to get around a suspension or deletion. Any replacement accounts used to evade enforcement will also be removed.

A new account made while an appeal is open is removed too, and we look at it as part of the appeal.

Why accounts get suspended

Suspensions are decided by our moderation team after reviewing reports, profile content, and on-platform behavior. The most common reasons are:

Threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, repeated unwanted contact, or targeting other members.
Nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or other content prohibited by our community guidelines.
Using photos that are not yours, false age or location, impersonating someone else, or running a profile that misrepresents who you are.
Mass-messaging, advertising, romance scams, phishing for personal or financial information, or attempts to defraud other members.
Quickly steering new contacts to other apps, or sharing contact details before establishing trust. This is a common pattern in scams and grooming, so we treat it seriously.
Accounts under 13 are not permitted, and adults engaging inappropriately with minors will be removed.
Creating a new account after a prior suspension, or using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

Our rules

Every member agrees to these when they join. If you're not sure what was wrong, the Community Guidelines are the most readable place to start.

Think this was a mistake?

If you've read the rules above and genuinely believe your account was suspended in error, you can submit an appeal for a moderator to review. Appeals are reviewed manually, so please take the time to explain clearly why you believe the suspension was wrong.
