Yes, Ateneo is an expensive university. Vous ne pensez probablement que c'est parce que vos frais d'écolage sont relativement plus élevés.
My university is cheaper but I belong to the batch that pays way cheaper (about 90 euros or less).
Oui, la sociologie est un parcours intéressant. You have to be very hard-working. Hahaha...Malheureusement, je ne suis pas très fort. I don't want to be forced studying or doing anything. So I tend to be interested in some other things other than my studies even if the readings could have been interesting to me had it been not required to me. Hehehe...
Oui, il ya [relativement] de nombreux Philippins vont aux universités et aux collèges. We are a poor country and a degree is has a comparative advantage. And graduates from the best universities (University of the Philippines, Ateneo, et al) have an advantage over those who graduate from smaller colleges. But there are more who haven't finished college or high school...they go straight to work.

Ah, yes, Ateneo de Manila University. Ateneo est une université très cher ici. Only the elites can afford. Hehehe... J'étudie à University of the Philippines Los Baños. It is 3 hours away from Manila. Ateneo, however, is just beside the QC campus of UP (UP Diliman, where my older brother studies chemical engineering)...
J'étudie la sociologie. I hope to graduate at the end of the academic year (March 2010). :-) I am actually also studying Spanish . I want to learn languages because I am planning to study further (Affaires globales ou les relations internationales ou à la diplomatie). Mastery in other foreign language (other than English) would be an advantage, if not necessary. ^^

Wow, vraiment? How did you eventually decide to study here? Et où, à Quezon City? Connaissez-vous beaucoup de Philippins? And what will you study here?
