My happiness is completely up to me. My state of mind is totally up to me. But it all comes down to what's in my power to change. If I focus on what I can't control, if I focus on the past, if I focus on whats missing from my life constantly. That pattern of focus will leave me feeling depressed like it did before. Focus equals power. I gotta focus on what I can control, I gotta focus on the difference I can make, I gotta focus on what's in my life that I am already grateful for.

This is how I am going to live my life starting now.
